"I thought utvolshop would have a lot…"
I thought utvolshop would have a lot more to pick from, but the selection felt limited. A few things I was looking for either weren’t there or didn’t have my size. Like I said, it’s not a bad site or anything, it’s just kind of disappointing when there isn’t much to choose from. Like I said, it’s okay overall, but I expected more.

I ordered a Vols shirt from VolShop and the checkout was Super easy. Got my confirmation email right away too, so no weird delays or anything like that. I haven’t received the package yet, but So far everything seems good. The site was simple to use and the email had all the info I needed

"Took Longer Than I Thought"
I ordered a Vols hoodie and I guess I didn’t notice it was backordered until after I already checked out, which was kind of my bad but also not super clear. The updates were slow, like I was just sitting there wondering what was happening with it. I ended up emailing them to ask, and then finally got more info. It did ship eventually, so that part worked out, but the waiting part was annoying honestly

"Sizing felt a bit inconsistent to me"
I ordered a couple of shirts from utvolshop.com, and in my experience the sizing wasn’t very consistent. One of them fit well, but the other felt much tighter even though they were both labeled the same size. Shipping was fine and I didn’t have any issues there, but the fit makes me a little hesitant to order again since I’m not totally sure what I’d end up getting.

"Finally, an order that didn’t need fixing"
My order from utvolshop.com showed up exactly how I ordered it, right size, right color, right item. i’m so tired of having to chase down fixes or contact customer service for basic stuff, so it was a relief that there were no mix-ups. It looked just like it did online, and the whole thing was easy. Happy with it.

I ordered from utvolshop and had a really good experience. The tracking updates came through along the way, so I always knew where my package was, which I appreciated. Everything showed up in great shape and right around when I expected it. Super easy, no issues at all, and I’d definitely order from them again!

My order from VolShop arrived with one of the items damaged in the box, which was annoying since it was meant to be a gift. The packaging didn’t really seem sturdy enough. I contacted support, but I had to wait in the queue for a while before getting helped, and then it took a couple days of back and forth with photos. They did eventually send a replacement, so I’ll give them credit for fixing it. Overall, not the worst experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

I was relieved because the sizes were actually in stock for once. It’s so frustrating when you find something you like and then every normal size is gone, so this was a nice change.
